Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Refund will not include the shipping in the original payment if opened or the item is exactly as describe.

Buyer pays return shipping

Returns will not accept: 1. if the product is exactly as describe or the product has been modified or painted (including order painted product on thespeedlin.com) 2. Product not install correctly or damaged during installation by man made error. 3. Damage during delivery (details below).

Damaged shipments during delivery

All shipments are paid with insurance, we got it all cover.

You must immediately present the article, mailing container, wrapping, packaging, and any other contents received in damaged condition and/or with missing contents to a Post Office for inspection. The Post Office will verify the damage and give you a confirmation document receipt for article(s) damaged, for your files.
In addition, you are responsible for providing us the all documents required and all the evidence photos of the damaged package(s) and the product(s).  Contact us to file an inquiry with the postal administration.
The postal office will keep the package for inspection, therefore, there is no need to return the package to us and we do not accept returns for damaged during delivery.
After we receive all the documents requested and have the confirmation with Post Office, we will take care the rest and send you a brand new replacement. 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We do ship to APO's, FPO's, or P.O. Boxes, no problems

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. When you add multiple items in the shopping cart, the system will calculate combine shipping rate automatically.

EMS shipping time:  5-8 business days after shipped out the parcel.

EMS shipping will provide a tracking number and all parcels are insured

If EMS is not availible to your country, the pacakge will be sending out via regular air postal parcel automatically without further notice

International Buyers Please Note: 

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

We declare lower value of the product on the invoice attach on the packages. However, you still have chances paying the customs.  If you need full amount invoice for some reason

 

All parcels will need a Photo ID and signature in order to accept the package from EMS delivery.

All items require a signature on delivery. If there is no one to sign, the package is returned to your local PO or Parcel Delivery Center and will await collection.

The package will hold in the PO or Parcel Delivery Center for 14 days, please claim the package within the time frame. After 14 days the package will return back to us due to unclaimed. The shipping charge is not able to refund and we will not able to resend it without extra charge. If the package returns due to unclaimed or not deliverable address, buyer should cover the shipping to resend it. If buyer wants to cancel the order the shipping will not be able to refund.

 

  Touch Up Paint Free shipping will take 2~5 weeks depends on the customs inspection process time. However, if you need expedited shipping method, please contact us know we will upgrade the shipping manually.
